SAINT CATHERINE SAID

 

CHRIST IS ENTIRELY PRESENT IN EVERY PARTICLE OF THE CONSECRATED HOST, THEREFORE LET’S AVOID RECEIVING COMMUNION ON THE HAND

"Just like the sun cannot be divided, neither can God and Man be separated (that is, Christ, true God and true Man, cannot be divided) in the whiteness of the Holy Host. Let us suppose that the Sacred Host could be divided: even if it would be possible to fragment the Holy Eucharist into thousands of tiny Particles, in each one of the tiny Particles there is the presence of Christ, the whole God and the whole Man (that is, the whole Christ with His Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity). In the same manner that a mirror would shatter into thousands of pieces, the Sacred Host will not shatter or divide the image of God and Man that you see in the Host; the image of God and Man is in each fragmented part."

IN THE TINIEST PARTICLE OF THE CONSECRATED HOST CHRIST IS FULLY PRESENT

He is fully present with His Body, His Blood, His Soul and His Divinity

"And just as the sun cannot be divided, so neither can my wholeness as God and as human in this white host. Even if the host is divided, even if you could break it into thousands and thousands of tiny bits, in each one I would be there, wholly God and wholly human. It is just as when a mirror is broken, and yet the image one sees reflected in it remains unbroken. So when this host is divided, I am not divided but remain completely in each piece, wholly God, wholly human."
