"... As he approached, we began to make out his features: a young man of about 14 or 15 years old, whiter than snow, the sun made him transparent, as if he were made of crystal, and of great beauty. When he reached us, he said:
"Do not be afraid! I am the Angel of Peace. Pray with me." And kneeling on the ground, he bowed his forehead to the earth and had us repeat these words three times:
"My God! I believe, I adore, I hope, and I love You. I ask pardon for those who do not believe, do not adore, do not hope, and do not love You." Then, rising, he said:
"Pray like this. The Hearts of Jesus and Mary are attentive to the voice of your supplications." His words were so deeply engraved in our minds that we never forgot them. And, from Then we would spend long periods of time like that, prostrate, repeating them many times, until we fell asleep exhausted.
